The annual fundraiser celebrates Las Vegas women in food, mixology, hospitality and entertainment while raising money for women’s hospitality programs.
The new spot features design, food and cocktails inspired by Japan, along with a wide-ranging musical menu.
The new location is hiring store managers and assistant managers, servers, expediters, hosts, bussers, cashiers, cooks and utility positions.
The online bidding takes place in two auctions that end on Aug. 25. Bids start at $1.
The restaurant is celebrated for its modern take on handmade noodles: longer and thinner hand-pulled or shorter and thicker knife-shaved.
