Submit recipes for R-J Christmas cookie exchange

Denying it won't help. Christmas is just around the corner, so it's time to get cracking -- as in cracking eggs, cracking open cartons of butter and milk, cracking and shelling nuts.

The Review-Journal is asking readers to submit recipes for a Christmas cookie exchange. We'll print a selection of them in the newspaper and online in a few weeks, so you'll have plenty of time to use the shared recipes for holiday baking.

And we'll do a drawing from all submitted entries for a fitting prize -- a cookie jar.

Email your recipes to Hrinella@reviewjournal.com (put "Cookie Exchange" in the subject line), fax them to (702) 383-4676 or mail them to Cookie Exchange, in care of Heidi Knapp Rinella, P.O. Box 70, Las Vegas, NV 89125. Include your name, city of residence and a daytime phone number. Recipes must be received by Nov. 18.
