Brigg's Oyster Co., which opened late last month, serves a variety of seafood including seasonal oyster selections, sushi and rolls, and seafood soups, salads and entrees — plus a few nonseafood selections. The restaurant has an exhibition kitchen and decor that's somewhat industrial, with a chalkboard entry and accents of metal, wood and mirrors. Here's a sample of the menu:

Starters: Crabcakes, $10; ahi tuna stack, $14; lobster mac & cheese, $15; steamed clams, $11; fried oysters, $9; half-dozen oysters on the half-shell, $10; dozen oysters, $18; dozen mussels, $15.
