Caesars Palace restaurants are offering 50th-anniversary specials
In celebration of the resort’s 50th anniversary, Caesars Palace restaurants are offering a variety of dining specials, most of which are available through the end of August. The Mesa Grill specials, which are available through Aug. 5, are a Southwestern Chicken Pot Pie for $19.66 at lunch, a shrimp cocktail appetizer for $19.66 at dinner and a $50 three-course prix-fixe dinner menu.

The next installment in the Farm Table dinner series at Honey Salt, 1031 S. Rampart Blvd., will begin at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday. The dinner, themed Taste of Spain, will have four courses with an entree of paella with prawns, clams, Fermin chorizo and chicken thigh. It’s $54, plus tax and tip, and $25 for wine pairings. Holsteins Shakes and Buns at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is hosting a tap takeover of Brooklyn Brewery beers through July 13. All 12.5-ounce Brooklyn Brewery drafts are $6, and all 16-ounce beers $8. Brooklyn American Ale and Brooklyn Lager Ale are being offered throughout the takeover, and five other beers are being rotated.

For its second annual celebration of Bastille Day, Bardot Brasserie at Aria will host a book signing by Chef Christian Delouvrier, author of “Mastering Simplicity,” from 6 to 7 p.m. Thursday. The restaurant will feature an a la carte menu of classic French dishes by Delouvrier throughout the evening, in addition to Bardot’s regular menu. And mixologist Matthew Biancaniello will create specialty drinks during a meet-and-greet from 6 to 10 p.m. Thursday in the Bardot bar.
Triple George Grill, 201 N. Third St., is offering half off wine all day Mondays this summer. There’s a limit of two bottles per table per visit, retail value not to exceed $150.
