Burn with Blue Oyster Cult at Boulder Station

From "Godzilla" to more cowbell, Blue Oyster Cult has all you need to ring in the Super Bowl.

The tireless rockers formed in 1967 and peaked with "Burnin' For You" in 1981. But they have never been on the sidelines for long, though singer Eric Bloom is the one constant through the years.

The veterans of the psychic wars crank it up at 8 p.m. Saturday at Boulder Station, 4111 Boulder Highway. Tickets are $27.50-$50.50; call 547-5300.
