The pub is going into the Centennial Hills neighborhood in northwest Las Vegas.
The Raiders’ home opener, Life is Beautiful and iHeartRadio music fests, Knights vs. Kings and Marc Maron top the lineup for the week of Sept. 22-28.
Besides two dozen cheesecake flavors, the restaurant will offer lox and eggs, deli sandwiches and a full bar.
The restaurant is famous for its futuristic architecture; its buttermilk hotcakes recipe dates to day one.
