A longtime staple of the Las Vegas Valley dining scene has closed its doors after serving customers for nearly 30 years.
The restaurant, which uses hickory smoke, is the latest project from a hospitality group that also created local Italian and Mexican places.
The projects range from an Italian restaurant to a neighborhood grill to a three-story culinary complex.
The restaurant marks a third location for a longtime Las Vegas chef with spots downtown and on East Flamingo Road.
