Mothership Coffee Roasters is expanding and opening a new location in the southwest valley.
The restaurant, headed by a James Beard Award finalist, topped the list of Yelp’s top 100 taco spots in the U.S. for 2023 and came in at No. 2 among the platforms’s top 25 Mexican places for 2024.
Spendy steakhouses are among the group, but so are a brunch destination, coffee shops, high-end Latin and a Mexico-inspired party place.
The Italian restaurant replaces a spot that mostly flew under the radar for years, despite enjoying a prime location.
