Wakuda will be the first restaurant in America from Tetsuya Wakuda, who has spots in Singapore and Australia and has been honored as a Japanese Master of Cuisine.
Ice Cube headlining “Nightmare on Q Street,” a film festival and a renaissance fair highlight things to do around the Las Vegas Valley this week.
Vegas Unstripped, which started as a locals-restaurant rival to the now-defunct Vegas Uncork’d, will draw more than 24 chefs to a closed section of Main Street.
Martorano’s, which opened at Paris Las Vegas in 2014 to join a Rio spot dating to 2007, has closed, while Nobu Restaurant & Lounge and Vanderpump a’ Paris are planned.
Via Focaccia, which will open at Ellis Island Oct. 20, will allow Ismaele Romano, formerly of Good Pie and Eataly, to offer the tastes of his childhood in Italy.
