Las Vegas chefs kick off Vegas Uncork’d

Chef Daniel Boulud ceremonially kicked off the eighth annual Vegas Uncork’d by Bon Appétit with a flourish by sabering a magnum bottle of Mionetto Prosecco.

Boulud was joined at Doge’s Palace at The Venetian by some of Las Vegas’ top culinary talents from ARIA, Bellagio, Caesars Palace, MGM Grand and The Venetian.
