How to make Cabo Wabo Cantina’s Hog’s Tale cocktail

Rocker Sammy Hagar collaborated with pop star Adam Levine of Maroon 5 to create a proprietary blend of mezcal and tequila known as Santo Mezquila. Hagar’s Cabo Wabo Cantina combines it with sweet, salty and citrus touches to create this summertime cocktail.

Ingredients

■ 1½ ounces Santo Mezquila

■ 3 ounces watermelon puree

■ Dash honey

■ Dash lemon juice

■ Pinch kosher salt

Garnish

■ 1 slice of bacon

Directions

Shake ingredients and pour over ice into snifter glass. Garnish with bacon slice.
