Kids sneak in to EDC 2015 — VIDEO

From skateboarding to skydiving, we’ve all seen those GoPro cameras used to capture an assortment of ill-advised adrenaline-fueled adventures most of us would never risk. It’s a safe bet that its creators probably never imagined that their tiny camera would used to immortalize ill-gotten gains on the Internet.

But alas, here you go. Witness the totally un-PLUR-like display below filmed this past weekend at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway during the 2015 edition of Electric Daisy Carnival. As you’ll see from the clip, a bunch of dudes decided to topple the fence outside the fest and help themselves to some EDM at EDC. And of course, since we’re living in the age of Instagram everything, the brazen boys and girls helpfully provided their own surveillance video, capturing the whole caper with a GoPro and then posting it online.

Now, we heard something about this happening, but seriously doubted the validity of such claims. Considering how tight security seemed to be — we were given the Heisman a couple of times and prevented access to certain areas, despite being accompanied by Insomniac staffers — it seemed highly unlikely. We were wrong. Shows you what we know. Evidently, security wasn’t quite tight enough on this night.
