Las Vegas high school students can see ‘Selma’ for free
January 29, 2015 - 10:00 pm
Local high school students are invited to a free screening of “Selma.”
The only catch? They’ll have to give up part of their Saturday to participate.
The city of Las Vegas is providing the free tickets to the screening at noon Feb. 7 at the South Point, 9777 Las Vegas Blvd. South.
A panel discussion moderated by the Psi Upsilon Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority will follow.
Students are asked to RSVP by calling 702-229-6242 by Feb. 6 to reserve their seats and transportation.
