New Wynn Las Vegas restaurant boasts historical touches, local chef and classy cocktails.
Javier Barajas, owner of the three Lindo Michoacan restaurants in Southern Nevada, has delayed the opening of his new Italian spot while Squeeze In cuts hours and services.
The Hofbrauhaus has had staffing problems, like nearly every other restaurant in Southern Nevada, but importing beer and some food from Germany added to challenges.
On Saturday, Madero Street Tacos in downtown Las Vegas will prepare any taco on a red, white and blue handmade tortilla at no extra charge, while supplies last.
“In Las Vegas, the culinary experience is elevated, so expectations are even higher,” said Raiders president Marc Badain. “The food and beverage experience is going to be one of the best in the entire city.”
