Einstein Bros. Bagels unveils new salmon sandwich for Lent

Just in time for the beginning of Lent, Einstein Bros. Bagels has introduced Supernova Lox, cold-smoked Alaskan salmon, available for a limited time. The lox is stacked on a sesame bagel with tomato, avocado, cucumber, red onion, capers and onion-chive “shmear,” also known as cream cheese. It’s $7.49. Einstein Bros. Bagels has more than a dozen locations across the valley.
