On the menu: Ice cream

Udder Chaos Sundae

Holsteins, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas

Get ready: Vanilla, chocolate malt and mixed-berry ice creams, strawberry nitro meringues, chocolate and strawberry sauces, dark and white chocolate crunchies, Oreo crumbs, Butterfinger, Cap’N Crunch, red velvet cake crumbs, caramelized banana and sprinkles are involved here — oh, and whipped cream, $18.

Nutella Squeeze

Crush, MGM Grand

The ever-popular Nutella is whipped into ice cream and fills the sandwich topped with chocolate whipped cream and caramelized hazelnuts, $9.

Sprinkles Sundae

Sprinkles, The Linq

Sprinkles is about more than cupcakes; this is a split cake with a scoop of ice cream between the bottom and top. Choose whatever flavor of slow-churned ice cream is available that day, such as coconut fudge almond through the end of the month, $6.75.

Macaron ice cream sandwiches

Payard Patisserie Bistro, Caesars Palace

Handmade macaron shells envelop marbled ice cream and sorbet, available in salted caramel, pistachio raspberry, chocolate, coconut mango and strawberry cheesecake flavors, $5.

Bourbon fudge brownie

Carson Kitchen

If a bourbon-fudge brownie weren’t indulgent enough, this one is even more so, topped with house-made brown butter bacon ice cream, $6.
