Seether playing free show on Fremont
August 7, 2014 - 1:59 pm
Angsty grunge lite rockers Seether don’t smile much.
But they’re giving their fans a reason to do so.
The band will play a free show at the 1st Street Stage at the Fremont Street Experience at 10 p.m. Saturday.
Best known for moody hits “Fake It,” “Broken” and “Remedy,” the band is still a solid touring draw.
To wit: They’re the main support act on this year’s Uproar Tour, headlined by Godsmack, which hits The Joint at the Hard Rock Hotel on Sept. 17.
The band is currently on the road in support of their latest record, “Isolate and Medicate,” which debuted in the top five of the Billboard album chart last month.
