5 inexpensive music shows in Las Vegas this weekend

Shonuff

After playing a couple of well-received and well-attended shows at the Sayers Club at the SLS Las Vegas, the Lique returns to the intimate room overlooking the Strip on Saturday for another set in its “Shonuff Soiree” residency. Admission to the show, which starts at 10 p.m., is free.

Gunslingers

Tailgun is celebrating the release of its latest album, “Coming in Hot,” on Friday at Count’s Vamp’d with Smashing Alice and Lady Chameleon. Not only is the show free, but if you’re one of the first 100 people through the door, you’ll get a free copy of the album. The show’s at 9 p.m.

Chain gang

On Saturday, Hammer & Cycle outlaw bike club is hosting a free party at Tenaya Creek Brewery with the Damnit Jims, the Protected Left and the Mapes. With so many folks in town for OBC (Outlaw Bike Club) Las Vegas 2016 this weekend, the show should be jam-packed.

Honky Tonk Women

Friday night is ladies night at the Bunkhouse. No, really, that’s how it’s billed on the poster: “Honky Tonk Women!” The lineup looks great with the Rhyolite Sound, Paige Overton of the Clydesdale, Will Lizarraga of Will & the Hi-Rollers and DJ Maybelline. Tickets are $5; the show’s at 9 p.m.

Good fish, Badfish

Badfish, the Providence, Rhode Island, tribute band that takes its moniker from a Sublime song, is set to bring the music of Bradley Nowell and company back to life Saturday at the House of Blues at Mandalay Bay. Tickets for the show, in which the outfit will play Sublime’s self-titled album in its entirety, are $24.
