Twist at Mandarin Oriental to host wine tasting

Pierre Gagnaire, chef of Twist at the Mandarin Oriental, will host Sips With the Master Sommelier with the resort’s Will Costello from 4 to 5:30 p.m. Thursday at the restaurant. The tasting of wines from Apinac, the region of France where Gagnaire was born, is $50 per person. Call 888-881-9367.

Twist also has introduced a seasonal summer grand tasting menu with such dishes as foie gras soup and rabbit saddle, with five- or six-course options starting at $155. …
