Tickets are on sale for Cheers to Chocolate, a benefit for Easter Seals of Nevada. Scheduled for 6 to 9 p.m. Sept. 16 at The District in Henderson, the family-friendly event will include live music, art, a silent auction, cocktails and wines — and, of course, plenty of chocolate, from restaurants and sweet shops around the valley. The fourth annual Sip & Savor, a fundraiser for Keep Memory Alive, will begin at 6 p.m. Sept. 14 at Spago at the Forum Shops at Caesars. Participating restaurants are Spago, Cut at the Palazzo, Lupo at Mandalay Bay, Wolfgang Puck Bar and Grill at MGM Grand and Downtown Summerlin and Cucina at The Shops at Crystals. Participants will be able to meet the restaurants’ executive chefs and taste their signature dishes. Wine, Champagne and live music also will be part of the evening.
