Aliante Casino in North Las Vegas has announced several specials this month. At Bistro 57, spaghetti with clams and bottarga in garlic olive oil is $25, while MRKT Sea & Land is serving Chilean sea bass with roasted tomato couscous and vegetables for $42 and Farm 24-7 is offering citrus grilled chicken with rice and grilled asparagus for $12.99. …

Station Casinos’ Grand Cafes also have announced their September specials. A ham skillet with three eggs, a half-pound ham steak, breakfast potatoes and toast is $5.99 all day, and a half-pound hamburger with french fries is $4.99 from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Dinner specials, available from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., are an 8-ounce prime top sirloin with three grilled shrimp, mashed potatoes and vegetables, or barbecued baby back ribs with baked potato, corn on the cob and coleslaw, $9.99 each.

To celebrate the beginning of fall and back-to-school, participating Dairy Queen locations will give away free small Ultimate Oreo Frappes from 2 to 5 p.m. Tuesday. One per customer.
