The hotel’s new rooftop poolside restaurant serves the soy beans with garlic-soy glaze and an edamame dip with pita chips, $6.

Stir-Fried Eggplant with Sichuan Garlic Sauce

Beijing Noodle No. 9, Caesars Palace

Garlic, ginger and scallions are fried with thin slices of eggplant, a dash of sugar, soy sauce and vinegar, $17.99.

Garlic green beans

Fu, Hard Rock Hotel

Fresh green beans are stir-fried with minced garlic, $10.

Sammy’s Tequila Shrimp
