New Las Vegas restaurant to feature sushi burritos

Sushi restaurant Tail & Fin opened this week off East Silverado Ranch Boulevard and South Maryland Parkway.

The new restaurant, which hired 20 employees, describes itself as a “Japanese-inspired” fast casual eatery.

The restaurant will feature sushi burritos and poke bowls.
