Kneaders Bakery and Cafe to open 2 locations in Southern Nevada

Known in Utah for its baked-from-scratch breads and pastries, mainstay Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is headed to the Silver State this year with two locations.

With the opening slated for April 8, Southern Nevada’s first Kneaders Bakery restaurant will open shop in Henderson at 11271 Eastern Ave.

Kneaders said it plans to debut a second location in the valley, near Craig and U.S. 95, this summer.

If you’ve eaten at a Kneaders Bakery & Cafe in another state and are craving a triple chocolate cream pie or a turkey cranberry croissant sandwich, the menu at the Southern Nevada restaurants will be consistent with all other Kneaders locations.
