Bacon tops this pizza along with Gorgonzola cheese, mozzarella, potatoes, grilled onions and fresh rosemary, $17.50.

Gold Standard

Holsteins Shakes and Buns, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas

A dry-aged beef sirloin burger is topped with bacon, aged goat cheddar, tomato confit, baby arugula and garlic-chive aioli, $18.50.

Sweet Elvis

Crush, MGM Grand

A twist on Elvis’ favorite sandwich, this flatbread is topped with bacon — of course — peanut butter and banana slices and drizzled with Nutella, $12.

Mashed potatoes

Carnevino, Palazzo

An old favorite gets new appeal, the potato puree mixed with mascarpone and a poached egg and topped with crispy guanciale, $12.

Lobster BLT

Lobster ME, Miracle Mile Shops and Grand Canal Shoppes

Maine lobster is layered on toasted white bread with bacon, lettuce, tomato, avocado and mayo, $14.
