Strut Your Mutt set for Saturday

Clark County Parks and Recreation Department will premiere its larger, improved version of the annual Strut Your Mutt competition from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday at Dog Fanciers Park, 5800 E. Flamingo Road. Admission is $2.

The event for dog lovers, fans and pet industry supporters will include a variety of canine performances and contests. In addition, there will be exhibitions, vendors and pet adoptions.

Among the contests will be howl at the moon, doggie-owner look-alike, cool dogs, best belly scratchers, silly pet tricks, ugliest dog, and puppy love kisses. The entry fee is $2 per contest.
