Started dancing at age 3 (“I always had to put on a show for people”). ... Danced competitively through high school. ... Spent three summers during college performing at Worlds of Fun amusement park in Kansas City. ... Earned a communications degree from William Jewell College, Liberty, Mo. ... Moved to Branson, Mo., after college and performed in shows there for seven years. ... Spent seven months dancing in a production of “Legends in Concert,” and touring the Mediterranean, on Norwegian Cruise Line’s Norwegian Epic. ... Moved to Las Vegas just over a year ago and landed a spot in “Legends” (now at the Flamingo). ... Also sings professionally.

On choosing to pursue a career in dance:

“I was a sophomore in college and, just as a summer job, I decided to audition for the amusement park, because it was right in town and, growing up, I loved going to that park and I loved seeing those shows. I was there for three years and did that every summer, and I kind of caught the bug for singing and dancing. (Laughs) That’s when I realized, ‘Oh, you can make money singing and dancing. Oh, wow!’ ”
