Play improv games with Wayne Brady
“Whose Line Is It Anyway?” comes back to TV in July, but it never really left Las Vegas.
The improv comedy format is kept alive both by Drew Carey and Wayne Brady in their separate Las Vegas visits. And before “Let’s Make a Deal” came calling six years ago, Brady dug in at The Venetian to give the improv games a steady Las Vegas presence.
This weekend, Brady and Jonathan Mangum are likely to continue their insane form of comedic telepathy; they’ve been at this so long there is no audience suggestion they can’t spin into a routine. Sometimes, they even do a live rewind and perform it in reverse.
“Whose Line” debuts on the CW July 16. Brady again performs alongside Ryan Stiles and Colin Mochrie, though Aisha Tyler replaces Drew Carey as host this time around.
