Osmonds announce 2016 dates at Flamingo, finally

The Flamingo won't be scraping Donny and Marie Osmond's giant photos off the side of the casino for at least another year. The duo have extended their residency once again, and tickets for next year's shows are on sale today.

The sibling singers typically make the decision to continue the Las Vegas show one year at a time; Donny commutes from Utah while Marie lives in Southern Nevada.

This year, however, the two had still not re-upped by mid-October, and a source close to the situation said Flamingo executives were getting nervous because there was no backup plan.

The two have performed at the Flamingo since September 2008 but have gradually pulled back on the number of shows, this year sharing the 7:30 p.m. time slot with Olivia Newton-John. Next year they will take January and December off entirely.
