Joan Rivers sharpening her tongue at Venetian
May 30, 2013 - 3:40 pm
Oh grow up! Or rather, please don’t.
You have to see Joan Rivers live to be reconvinced her stand-up savagery hasn’t been dulled by years of cable TV and red carpets.
The comedian who turns 80 on June can pin your ears back with comedy that holds its own against Lisa Lampanelli, Kathy Griffin and other comedians she inspired back in her Heidi Abramowitz days.
Penn Jillette is an upcoming guest on “In Bed with Joan,” a web series in which she talks to celebrities, like a fortune-cookie improver, in bed.
