Gabriel Iglesias bringing ‘fluffylicious’ comedy to Mirage

Before Gabriel Iglesias, "Fluffy" was the way your clothes were supposed to come out of the dryer.

Now it's such a popular nickname the comedian will sell you an "I'm not fat ... I'm Fluffy" or "Fluffylicious" T-shirt.

The jovial 35-year-old has been a Las Vegas headliner since 2010, his growing fame gradually spreading his booking power beyond the "Latino weekends" of Cinco de Mayo and Mexican Independence Day.

He doesn't go for the raunch, but does lift the curtain on most aspects of his life to find his sound effects-laden comedy. "It gets really, really personal, but I find ways to make it entertaining," he noted a while back.

"I learned early on, stay away from politics, stay away from religion and don't talk about sports. Those three right there will get you in trouble."
