Now you can snack at Hyde Bellagio lounge

Want to try the food at Michelin-starred chef Julian Serrano’s new Lago restaurant at Bellagio? Are you planning to spend an evening at Hyde Bellagio lounge? Now you can do both at the same time.

Small plates from Lago are being served from 5 to 10 nightly at Hyde Bellagio. Among them are antipasti platters, $18 (shown above); raw scallops with citrus olive oil, $20; foccacia with ricotta cheese and honey, $9; toasted ciabatta with chicken-marsala spread, crisp capers and pepperoncino, $8; and tomato-braised beef meatballs, $18.

Hyde also serves several specialty cocktails, including a cucumber-watermelon margarita and Hyde-Made Limeade.
