Margaritas star in dinner by El Segundo Sol

Do you like margaritas? Do you like flavored margaritas? If so, you may be interested in a dinner that begins at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at El Segundo Sol at the Fashion Show mall, 3200 Las Vegas Blvd. South, and includes four flavors of margaritas, plus a tequila flight and a shot.

The tequilas to be featured are various types by Chamucos. The dinner starts with guacamole with chips and salsa, along with a flight of three tequilas. That’ll be followed by halibut ceviche accompanied by a jackfruit margarita, mini-chilaquiles with a burnt strawberry and habanero margarita, cheese-and-corn stuffed beer-batter-fried zucchini blossoms with a tangerine margarita and roasted leg of lamb with a prickly pear margarita. Dessert will be bunuelos and blackberry sangrita with a shot of Chamucos anejo.
