Leone Cafe reopens after brief closure by Health District

Leone Cafe, a Tivoli Village hot spot that specializes in various types of coffee drinks as well as breakfasts, sandwiches, salads and pastas, was closed by the Southern Nevada Health District on Monday. The closure came about because of a lack of hot water to the restaurant and a number of violations that included insufficient food-handling and hand-washing practices.

The restaurant, at 400 S. Rampart Blvd., was reinspected Thursday morning and has reopened.
