Smoked and grilled chicken breast is tossed in barbecue ranch dressing with fresh greens, vegetables and cheddar cheese and topped with onion straws, $12.99.

Fried Chicken and Waffle Sandwich

This twist on a Southern classic is created with fried chicken and applewood-smoked bacon waffles, served with Wild Turkey maple syrup and sweet potato tots, $11.

Emeril’s Banana Cream Pie

Table 10, Palazzo

Fresh bananas are folded into pastry cream and topped with chocolate shavings, caramel sauce and whipped cream, $10.

Jambalaya

Culinary Dropout, Hard Rock Hotel

Shrimp, chicken, andouille sausage and okra are used to build deep, hearty flavors, $20 and only available on weekdays.
