Craving Ribs & Burgers?
Ribs & Burgers, an outpost of an Australian chain of 12 restaurants reportedly inspired by a trip to a butcher, opened March 17. As you might imagine, it specializes in ribs and burgers, but its menu selections encompass various types of meats and some vegetables, too. Its interior furthers the butcher-shop theme with wooden accents, old-school lettering, vintage grinders and black-and-white photos. Here’s a sample of the menu:
Ribs (with fries and coleslaw): Baby back ribs, $21; beef ribs, $21; Korean beef strips, $16; slab of lamb ribs, $23; Vegas Pork Bullets, $16.
On a board (with fries or salad): Top sirloin steak, $23; chicken breast, $12; salmon fillet, $15; Italian feather steak, $14; Buffalo chicken wings, $12.
Burgers and sandwiches: Wagyu beef burger, $15; Mediterranean lamb burger, $14; vegetarian burger, $13; lemon and herb chicken sandwich, $10; original burger, $8; original with cheese, $9; turkey breast burger, $9; beef and chicken sliders, $11.
