Plum Sour

Umeshu plum liqueur, Hakushu 12-year aged whiskey, lemon juice, bitters, egg whites and brown sugar syrup make a slightly fruity, tart drink, $17.

Gentleman Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey is mixed with poppy seed liqueur, lemon and ginger and garnished with a brandied cherry, $14.
