Scott Arn and Ramtin Yashar, once part of James Trees’ restaurant group, opened Golden Boy Market & Deli about six months ago.
The closings include a neighborhood Vietnamese spot, a tapas destination and a balmy Mediterranean coastal restaurant high above the Strip.
“Everything has a story,” the owner says of the bar and restaurant’s mix of kitsch and cool. “It needs to feel right for Vegas.”
The restaurants range from a downtown pizzeria to a modern take on French classics to a Strip outpost of an Indian spot from London with two Michelin stars.
One restaurant served Italian food, the other contemporary Mexican. Both were inspired by family members.
