'cause the country superstar spent a romantic 4th of July on the beach with Arnold Schwarzenegger's son.  22-year-old Taylor and 18-year-old Patrick Schwarzenegger were spotted in Massachusetts together ... laughing ... and at one point, taking a private stroll along the beach.
