SULTAN OF BRUNEI HOME ON MARKET FOR $37 MILLION

The second largest home in Nevada, a 73,000-square foot mansion on Tomiyasu Lane, is being listed for $37 million by the Sultan of Brunei. It is the little brother to the 140,000-square foot mega-mansion in Spanish Trails, which is also owned by the sultan. Both were built in the mid-90's by the sultan's brother, Prince Jefri, who ran the sultanate's treasury until a reported $30 billion went missing and he was disowned by his brother. This is the home Michael Jackson fell in love with, but it wasn't for sale, according to Zar Zanganeh, who had it privately listed at $60 million a year ago. Zanganeh, who was Jackson's Las Vegas real estate agent (theVegasFineEstates.com), recently sold Nicholas Cage's home. (Photos courtesy TheVegasFineEstates.com)

The neighborhood includes Wayne Newton's Shenandoah estate and Mike Tyson's former home, which the new owner hopes to turn into a tourist attraction, ala Newton's plan. (Photos courtesy TheVegasFineEstates.com)
