SPEARS’ SHOPPING DAY: BROWSING, NOT BUYING

Friday brought some relatively quiet time for Britney Spears, who spent the afternoon shopping in West Hollywood at the boutique of Monique Lhuillier — who designed Spears's wedding dresses — and the Fred Segal and the Betsey Johnson stores.

At all three places she appeared to do more browsing than buying as the President's Day weekend was just beginning.
