SOURCE: REFAELI REPORT ‘IS RIDICULOUS’

Insiders involved in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit models' three-day visit to Las Vegas are scoffing at a report that last year's cover girl Bar Refaeli is upset she lost to Brooklyn Decker.

"The item is ridiculous," a source told Vegas Confidential. "She's here. She was on the plane. She'll be at the party tonight."

The New York Daily reported today that Refaeli, who has been linked to Leonardo DiCaprio for some time, "looked anything but pleased" when she attended the launch party in NYC on Tuesday night.

A source told the Daily News: "She had a scowl on her face and wouldn't even look up for photographers who had been waiting for hours in the freezing cold outside."

The newspaper said Refaeli's disappointment could have to do with reports that she was going to repeat as the cover girl.

A Sports Illustrated spokesperson later called Vegas Confidential and confirmed that Refaeli missed her only scheduled event of the visit, but explained, "Despite being under the weather, she desperately wanted to join us in Las Vegas. She was scheduled for just one event on Wednesday and we gave her the night off so she could be at her best for tonight's Club S.I.," the signature event which is being held this year at the Hard Rock Hotel's Vanity nightclub.

The models' Las Vegas visit wraps up Thursday night with a private event at Vanity nightclub at the Hard Rock Hotel.
