SANDRA BULLOCK SURPRISES RYAN REYNOLDS AT PREMIERE

Ryan Reynolds got a very special surprise on the red carpet at Monday night's premiere of his comedy The Change Up at the Regency Village Theatre in Westwood, Calif.

As the 34-year-old hunk wound up his time on the carpet (alongside costars Jason Bateman, Olivia Wilde and Leslie Mann), he noticed a last-minute arrival out of the corner of his eye: Sandra Bullock.

The 47-year-old Oscar winner looked radiant in a black strapless stretch-techno jumpsuit from Lanvin's winter 2010 collection. Seeing his pal and Proposal costar, Reynolds jumped from the press line, ran over to Bullock and gave her a big hug.
