LINDSAY LOHAN VIOLATES COURT ORDERS
Troubled "Mean Girls" star Lindsay Lohan may be sent back to jail after she was booted off a community service program and missed court-ordered appointments with a psychologist.
The actress violated two of Judge Stephanie Sautner's orders by not seeing a psychologist every week and not completing 360 hours of community service at the Downtown Women's Center in Los Angeles, TMZ reported.
