KRIS HUMPHRIES TO SIGN DIVORCE PAPERS

After laying low with family and friends in his home state of Minnesota for the past two weeks, Kris Humphries surfaced in New York on Monday evening.

Humphries, who is in town "on business," says a source close to the 26-year-old, is working on moving on from his "devastating" split after 72 days of marriage to Kim Kardashian.
