Got an extra $5.2M? Pam Anderson has a house to sell you — PHOTOS

If you want to crash on Pam Anderson’s gently used bed, all you need is $5.2 million to buy her former Summerlin house, plus extra cash to negotiate for her furnishings (price not listed).

Anderson’s ex, movie producer/poker pro Rick Salomon, has listed their 11,000-square-foot home, and informed potential buyers the old furniture is “potentially available.”

This one-story home has four bedrooms, seven baths and a four-car garage on an 0.82-acre spread. It is in the Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired style of rock, water, wood and steel, resting next to the eighth hole of TPC Las Vegas golf course.

If you buy it, you, too, can romp about their 1,800-square-foot nightclub/game room with pro lights and sound; do cannonballs in their zero-edge pool; take selfies by the waterfall and stream in the backyard; work out in the gym; and watch their various sex tapes in their home theater with plush stadium seats.

The couple bought the house (9028 Players Club Drive) for $3.8 million in 2013 for the second time they were married. They split again in April 2015.

They house-shopped for it together with Coldwell Banker Premier Realty agent Patsy Rios Franzi, who showed them nearly every available house in Las Vegas priced between $2 million and $10 million, Franzi told me Wednesday.

“This is a very unique, different house than your typical Las Vegas custom home,” because of the design, and its being built (for 2½ years, starting in 1997) according to industrial and commercial standards, she said.

Anderson had decorators furnish it the way she wanted. She and Salomon are known to own multiple houses, so the furniture looks like it’s hardly been used. This is no small matter, since celebrity furniture often fetches large denominations at auction.
