FORMER LAS VEGAS MAYOR OSCAR GOODMAN ‘TEBOWING’

Oscar Goodman, who served as mayor of Las Vegas from 1999 through 2011, is shown "Tebowing" Friday at his restaurant Oscar's Beef Booze Broads.  He's replicating the craze started by Denver Broncos quarterback Tim Tebow, who assumes the prayerful position after good things happen.
