Eastwood’s son true to his heritage
The son of “Dirty Harry” will soon be getting dirty in a rodeo arena.
Following in the footsteps of his famous father, actor Scott Eastwood is in Las Vegas for a pro bull riding event to research his first leading role.
The 28-year-old son of film legend Clint Eastwood attended the Pro Bull Riders’ Last Cowboy Standing event at the Mandalay Bay Events Center.
Young Eastwood is starring in the film adaptation of Nicholas Sparks’ best-selling novel, “The Longest Ride.”
He inherited his father’s rugged good looks and caused a stir when he was on the cover of Town &Country’s September issue. He was recently cast with Brad Pitt, who plays a World War II tank commander in the behind-the-lines drama “Fury.” The film comes out this year.
He made his film debut in 2006 in “Flags of Our Fathers,” which was directed by his father, who won Oscars for best director in “Unforgiven” (1992) and “Million Dollar Baby” (2004).
“The Long Ride” is directed by George Tillman Jr., who directed “Notorious,” “Soul Food” and “Men of Honor.”
Scott Eastwood is one of two children his father secretly fathered with flight attendant Jacelyn Reeves while married to Sondra Locke.
