‘DANCING WITH THE STARS’ PRO HOUGH SAYS SHE’S A VIRGIN

The Jonas Brothers have some company in their abstinence pledge: Dancing With the Stars' Julianne Hough says she is still a virgin.

"I want to be with that special person," she says in the new issue of CosmoGIRL! "I think to have sex before marriage is an individual (decision) ... (waiting) will strengthen that relationship.

"I'm not trying to preach consequences here," she adds, "but I think when you say no, down the line, it will be a better decision."
