COSMOPOLITAN RESTAURANTS ANNOUNCED
The restaurant lineup at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is out.
The five restaurants will be:
• Blue Ribbon out of New York City, by twins Bruce and Eric Bomberg, who own Blue Ribbon Brasserie in Soho.
• Comme Ca by acclaimed Los Angeles chef David Myers.
• New York City's popular Greek and Mediterrannean eatery Estiatorio Milos by restaurateur Costas Spiliadis.
• Scarpetta and a new casual wine bar by award-winning New York chef Scott Conant. Conant has a same-named Italian restaurant in New York City's Meatpacking District.
• Steakhouse STK from The One Group, which operates a number of restaurants and lounges in New York City and Los Angeles.
The Cosmopolitan, featuring twin 50-story towers between CityCenter and Bellagio, opens late this year.
It will have 2,995 hotel rooms and condo-style accommodations, three distinct pool experiences, over 100,000 square feet of gaming and an exclusive nightlife venue.
